Scheduled and Recurring POPs

Venues can schedule POPs in advance and set them to recur automatically on specific days and times.

Pop Reso gives venues flexibility over when their POPs appear. A POP can be published immediately, scheduled for a future date and time, or set to recur when an experience happens regularly.

Scheduled POPs are useful when a venue knows in advance what it wants to promote. Instead of waiting until the day of an event, feature, or experience to create the POP, the venue can prepare it ahead of time and choose when it should become available to guests.

Recurring POPs are designed for experiences that happen on a regular schedule. A venue can create the POP once and set it to return on selected days and times. This works well for weekly features, happy hours, live entertainment, recurring events, and other experiences that follow a predictable schedule.

For example, a venue that runs a happy hour every weekday can create a recurring POP rather than rebuilding the same promotion each day. A venue with live music every Friday can set up a recurring POP for that experience.

Scheduling helps venues plan ahead, while recurring POPs reduce repetitive work. Both are designed to keep the Pop Reso feed focused on what is relevant to guests at that time.

Venues can manage their scheduled and recurring POPs from the Venue Dashboard, where they can review what is coming up and make changes when needed.

The goal is simple: create the POP when it is convenient for you and let Pop Reso help make it available when it matters.
