Pop Reso is designed to help guests move from discovering something interesting to taking the next step with the venue.
When a venue has an online reservation option available, eligible POPs can include a Book Online action. A guest can discover the POP, open its details, and use that action when they decide they want to visit.
Pop Reso does not need to replace the reservation system a venue already uses. Instead, it can connect guests from the discovery experience to the venue’s existing booking destination.
For example, a guest might discover a POP for live music, a chef feature, a tasting, or another experience happening that evening. After viewing the details, the guest can tap Book Online and continue to the booking option supplied by the venue.
Depending on the venue and the POP, other contact actions may also be available, such as calling the venue. Not every POP needs a reservation button; the available actions depend on how the venue has configured that experience.
This keeps the role of Pop Reso simple: help guests discover what is happening, provide the information they need to make a decision, and make the next step easy when a booking option is available.
For venues, this means Pop Reso can work alongside existing reservation tools rather than requiring a completely separate reservation workflow. The venue remains responsible for its own booking availability, policies, confirmation process, and reservation experience.
The result is a shorter path between “That looks interesting” and “Let’s go.”
